A free 30-minute call
We talk through where time goes in your business, what's frustrating, and what you'd never want automated. If AI isn't the right answer, we'll say so. On this call we also explain the discovery day.

A discovery day
We come to your company and meet the relevant teams and members that would benefit from AI automation. Then a plan of action, depending on the size.

A bespoke proposal and quote
From the discovery day we put together a unique proposal: a comprehensive overview of what we'd implement, plus a quote covering implementation, support options, and a review and audit to check the system is running correctly. We don't publish prices on this website - every quote is built for your business.

Build and implement
We build around your existing email, documents and software wherever possible, so there's little new for your staff to learn. At first, everything the assistants produce is reviewed by you or your team before it goes anywhere.

Review, audit and ongoing support
A review and audit is part of the initial quote, so we can confirm the system is running correctly. After that, support options are available if you want us to monitor, improve and report on an ongoing basis.

How we work

People approve. Nothing important goes out without a person seeing it first.
Least access. The assistants only reach what they need to do the job.
Plain records. You can always see what they did and why.
No lock-in. If you stop, your information is returned or deleted.
